This agreement is a legal contract between you and iOS VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related network services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the App or associated marks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users in appropriate locations. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system security controls may cause app failures or increase security risk.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or third-party platform issues. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees incurred across borders are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, operating system restrictions, or local network issues is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route status and update information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from that information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service under applicable law and these Terms; after termination, your license to use the App also ends.
