This Privacy Policy explains how iOS VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when providing mobile and desktop network access services. The Service is provided 'as is' and we protect user privacy under the principles of necessity, transparency, and minimization.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information necessary to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access path, connection status, and duration of use. To recommend suitable nodes, iOS VPN may process approximate device location information. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on region and network quality; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service notices such as security alerts, product updates, and subscription messages sent to your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated or minimized data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvements. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. Compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of users, the public, or platform security; 3. Cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. If you wish to stop new data collection, uninstall the App through the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the account validity period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for minors under 13; if we discover such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as possible. Guardians may also contact us through the same email. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and internal permission management to reduce unauthorized access risk.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as laws, product features, or operating processes change. Please review this page regularly; continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
